1. How experienced are you in IT Support Industry?

We have more than ten years of experience managing IT issues and providing IT support in day to day basis for small to medium size businesses around Sydney and suburbs. We have industry certified IT Engineers and we follow the ITIL best practice to support our customer.

2. What kind of service you provide ?

We provide day to day IT support on to 5 to 200+ users. For our contract customer, we have SLA and according to that we provide service to them. Some customer they need to setup, manage or replace some device, and we can go to their premeises or datacenter to complete that task.

3. Do you fix the issues remotely or on-site?

It depends on the system issues. If we can fix remotely and if thats suitable for our clients we fix it remotely or we go to the customer premises and fix the issues over there.

4. How quickly you can resolve the issues ?

We fix the issues based on the service level agreement but depending on the nature of the faults, we fix the issues on priority basis.

5. How can we pay you ?

For our contract customer, they pay monthly basis. For on call customer, they need to pay once job completed. You can pay by VISA, MASTER card, Bank transfer etc.

6. Where is your support center ?

Our head office is in Sydney CBD but our staff works across the Sydney and suburbs. We cover IT support for all the location in Sydney.

7. Not Sure which IT Support or what package should I go ?

You can visit our IT Support Package list and best on your requirements, we can setup the package for you. Or if you have any project or task need to complet, we can dicuss in details work of scope and accomplish the task .

8. How do you Support Project or Office Relocation ?

Whether you wants to upgrade new system or moving office to new location, we can take care of your IT Services. To upgrade new system, new deployment or office relocation, please contact us and we will provide you quote.
